Call for Submissions – Tanit Neurosurgery

2026-06-13

It is with great pride that we announce the official launch of Tanit Neurosurgery, the official journal of the Tunisian Association of Neurosurgery.

This project is driven by a commitment: to provide Tunisian neurosurgery with a modern, rigorous, and inclusive scientific platform capable of showcasing the work of our community and enhancing its visibility at both regional and international levels.

Tanit Neurosurgery aims to serve as a forum for scientific exchange, knowledge sharing, and the promotion of academic excellence. Its success will depend on the active involvement of the entire Tunisian neurosurgical community, as well as all professionals who contribute, directly or indirectly, to the advancement of our specialty.

We warmly invite neurosurgeons, neurologists, radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, otolaryngologists, residents, fellows, and senior practitioners from all healthcare sectors to submit their scientific work, including original articles, case reports, literature reviews, technical notes, letters to the editor, and other academic contributions.

We also encourage colleagues who wish to contribute to the scientific process of the journal to join our pool of peer reviewers. Peer review remains the cornerstone of high-quality scientific publishing. We therefore strongly encourage interested professionals to create an account on the journal platform and participate in strengthening the reliability, rigor, and objectivity of our editorial process. Such collective engagement will be instrumental in achieving the journal’s future milestones, including indexing in major international databases.

Furthermore, in accordance with good practices in scientific governance and our commitment to continuous renewal and openness, a call for applications to join the Editorial Board and Editorial Office will be launched later this year. We welcome motivated colleagues who wish to contribute their expertise, ideas, and perspectives to the continued development of the journal.

We look to the future with great enthusiasm. Our mission extends beyond promoting scientific publication in neurosurgery; we also aspire to foster a strong culture of research, scientific writing, and academic peer review within our professional community.

The launch of Tanit Neurosurgery comes at a particularly important time for Tunisian neurosurgery, notably with the upcoming Pan Arab Neurosurgical Congress on the horizon. We are pleased to announce that the inaugural issue of the journal will accompany this scientific momentum and will include the abstracts of communications accepted for this major event.

We firmly believe that, through your participation and support, Tanit Neurosurgery will become a showcase for the excellence, dynamism, and potential of Tunisian neurosurgery.

We count on your support, your contributions, and your commitment to making this initiative a collective success.
